Gentian white lady cocktail

An elegant cocktail recipe from Bumpkin restaurant, laced with some fine Portebello Road gin and violet liqueur. Add lime juice, sugar syrup, egg white and, if you're feeling fancy, some flower petals to serve.



  • lime juice 25ml
  • Portobello Gin 50ml
  • sugar syrup 20ml
  • egg white 20ml
  • violet liqueur 10ml
  • flower petals to serve


  • Step 1

    Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake really well to froth up the egg white.

  • Step 2

    Fine strain into a coupette glass and garnish with some flower petals.
