Ingredients
- lime juice 25ml
- Portobello Gin 50ml
- sugar syrup 20ml
- egg white 20ml
- violet liqueur 10ml
- flower petals to serve

Step 1
Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake really well to froth up the egg white.

Fine strain into a coupette glass and garnish with some flower petals.
