The School of Artisan Food is a registered charity dedicated to teaching all aspects of artisan food production. Offering a unique opportunity for people of all skill levels to expand their knowledge through a wide range of courses from cheesemaking to patisserie, foraging and fermentation.

Based in the heart of Sherwood Forest in North Nottinghamshire, the School has an outstanding reputation for the quality of training it provides with courses being taught by some of the most skilled and experienced artisan producers and practitioners in the UK, Europe and beyond.


The prize

You could have the opportunity to spend 6 months training for an Advanced Diploma in artisan baking. From sourdough to patisserie, you will cover a range of topics and methods, led by industry experts.

This course is ideal for beginner bakers looking to enter into the world of professional baking. You will emerge with the skills to take you towards your chosen career and everything you need to know to set up a successful artisan food business.
