Salmon tikka with radish raita

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp fat-free yogurt
- grated to make 1 tsp ginger
- ½ clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp tandoori masala
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 skinless salmon fillet, about 150g
- spray oil
- to serve lemon or wedges
For the radish raita
- ¼ cucumber, seeded and grated
- chopped to make 1 tbsp mint
- 6 radishes, sliced
Method
- STEP 1
Heat the grill to high. Put the grated cucumber in a sieve and squeeze out most of the water. Leave to drain.
- STEP 2
Mix 1 tbsp yogurt with the ginger, garlic, spices and season. Rub over the salmon fillet, put onto a baking tray lightly sprayed with oil, and grill for 4-6 minutes, or until cooked through and the edges begin to char. Mix the raita ingredients together with the remaining 3 tbsp yogurt and season. Serve with the salmon and lemon wedges to squeeze over.
