Ingredients
- 250ml red wine
- 2 oranges, juiced
- star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tbsp golden caster sugar
- 500g cranberries, fresh or frozen
Method
- STEP 1
Put everything in a pan and simmer until the liquid has reduced and the cranberries are jammy.
Fish out the cinnamon stick and star anise before serving. Serve warm or cold.
