Whisky and vermouth highball recipe

  • 50ml blended scotch
  • 15ml sweet red vermouth
  • 75-100ml sparkling water
  • orange peel
    to garnish

Method

  • step 1

    Put the blended scotch and sweet red vermouth in a chilled highball glass filled with ice. Gently stir and top with the sparkling water. Stir again and garnish with an orange twist.
