Feeling too stuffed for dessert after a big dinner? Enter the pudding cocktail: sweet, creamy and boozy, it’s the perfect end to a meal. Here we’ve used the flavours of a classic Italian dessert to make a decadent treat
Put all of the ingredients, except the garnishes, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake really well. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass and grate over some dark chocolate. Garnish with a savoiardi biscuit.
