Ingredients
- 50ml pomegranate juice
- 25ml London dry gin
- 25ml sweet vermouth
- pomegranate seeds, to serve (optional)
- slice of blood orange, to serve (optional)
Method
- STEP 1
Pour the pomegranate juice, London dry gin and sweet vermouth into a jug or mixing glass with ice. Stir well and strain into an ice-filled tumbler. Serve as is, or garnish with a few pomegranate seeds or a slice of blood orange.
