Ingredients
- 4-5 large ice cubes
- 25ml dry gin
- 1 tsp crème de cassis
- 2 clementines, juiced
Method
- STEP 1
Drop the ice cubes into the glass before pouring over the gin and crème de cassis. Pour in the squeezed clementine juice and stir once, anti-clockwise.
