Ingredients
- 2 bottles medium white wine
- 500ml medium-dry cider
- 2 orange, zest peeled into strips
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 2 star anise
- 6 cloves
- 2 vanilla pods, split
- 4-5 tbsp sugar
Method
- STEP 1
Put all the ingredients into a large pan and heat until the sugar has dissolved and the liquid is steaming, but not boiling.
- STEP 2
Serve in mugs or heatproof glasses.
