Garibaldi spritz recipe

  • 50ml red bitter amaro (we used Campari)
  • 100ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • prosecco
    for topping up
  • orange wedge
    to garnish

    Put the amaro and orange juice in a highball glass filled with ice. Gently stir, then top up with the prosecco and garnish with an orange wedge.
