Aperol spritz punch recipe

  • 750ml prosecco
  • 350ml Aperol
  • 250ml cranberry juice
  • 200ml ginger ale or sparkling water

TO GARNISH

  • pomegranate seeds
  • rosemary sprigs
  • orange wheels
  • star anise
  • cinnamon sticks

Method

  • step 1

    Combine all of the ingredients except the garnishes in a shallow, circular punch bowl with ice. Gently stir and dot the garnishes across the surface of the punch before serving.
