- 2 scoops of strawberry or raspberry sorbet
- sparkling rosé
- 1 strawberry, finely sliced
Method
- STEP 1
Just before serving your main course, put a scoop of sorbet into each dessert or coupe glasses, then put the glasses in the freezer. When ready to serve, carefully pour a little rosé over the sorbet. Top with the strawberry slices.
