- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- 1 red chillichopped
- 1 plum tomatochopped
- ½ clove garlic
- 2 tbsp blanched almondstoasted
- ½ tsp hot smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Tip all the ingredients into a small blender and whizz until combined and mostly smooth.
