- 150g wholewheat spaghetti
- 300g long stem broccoliroughly chopped
- oil
- 1 shallotsliced
- a large pinch plus more to serve chilli flakes
- 1 clove garliccrushed
- 1 lemonzested and half juiced

Cook the spaghetti, adding the broccoli to the pan for the last 3 minutes, then drain. Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp oil in a large frying pan, and fry the shallot, chilli flakes and garlic gently. Add the drained pasta and broccoli to the pan, and mix in the lemon zest, the juice and season well. Divide between pasta bowls and serve.
