One for fans of mint chocolate, this retro, three-ingredient drink makes for an ideal dessert cocktail or festive party tipple

Recipe tip: Swap the cream for vanilla or mint chocolate chip ice cream and whizz everything together in a blender until smooth for a delicious boozy pudding.

Ingredients

  • 30ml crème de menthe
  • 30ml white crème de cacao
  • 30ml single cream
  • a sprig mint, to garnish
  • grated nutmeg or chocolate, to garnish (optional)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Put all of the ingredients except the garnishes in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels very cold, then strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with the mint and grated nutmeg or chocolate, if using.
