- cucumber ¼, peeled and chunked
- young spinach leaves a handful
- avocado ¼, peeled and chunked
- lime 1, juiced
- kiwi fruit 1 large, juiced

Step 1
Put the cucumber, spinach, avocado and fruit juices into a smoothie maker or blender and whizz until smooth. Dilute with a splash of water if you like.
