- rolled oats 3tbsp
- sultanas 1tbsp
- chopped nuts like almonds or hazelnuts 1tbsp
- orange juice 4tbsp
- plain yogurt 125ml
- milk 100ml
- clear honey 1tbsp
- apple grated
- blueberries a handful

Step 1
Mix the rolled oats, sultanas, chopped nuts, and orange juice. Leave the juice to soak in for a few minutes, then stir in the plain yogurt, milk and clear honey. Grate in an apple, then leave for another 15 minutes or more before topping with blueberries to eat.
