Raclette burgers
Stuff your burger bun with succulent steak patties, raclette cheese, crispy prosciutto and homemade burger sauce for an indulgent midweek treat

Traditionally you’d serve raclette simply with boiled potatoes, charcuterie and pickles... but we’ve added a few extra flourishes to make your guests feel you’ve worked extra hard!

To make the pears, mix together the vinegar, honey and chilli flakes. Put in a plastic container or food bag with the pears and mix. Leave to sit while you make everything else, giving an occasional shake.
Boil the potatoes until just tender, then drain well and tip back in the pan with the butter. Toss until melted, then add the herbs and lemon zest and juice, and toss again.
For the chicory salad, whisk together the vinegar, mustard and oil to make a dressing, then toss with the leaves.
Put all of the accompaniments in bowls and on serving dishes.
Put slices of raclette into small oven-proof frying pans or dishes then slide in a hot oven or under the grill until melted. Let everyone make their own plate then scoop a portion of cheese on top.
