This is a speedy dessert to finish off a dinner party. Serve with shortbreads for scooping.

Whisk the matcha powder with 75ml of hot water for 2-3 mins until foamy and bright green. If you have a bamboo matcha whisk and bowl, you can use these – if not, a milk frother works well, too.
Scoop the ice cream into two small dessert glasses or coffee cups. Pour half the matcha over each, then serve with shortbreads for scooping, if you like.
