Aperol spritz punch
We’ve used Aperol here but you could swap with another Italian aperitif like Campari or Select Aperitivo for a more bittersweet flavour

Velvety, nutty and low-ABV, this sherry flip makes an excellent alternative to eggnog during the festive season

- 75ml cream sherry(or a 50/50 mix of fino and cream sherries for a drier flavour)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- nutmeggrated, to garnish
Method
step 1
Put all the ingredients, except the nutmeg, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well for at least 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled copita or coupe glass and grate over the nutmeg.
