Ingredients
- 50ml Tio Pepe
- ice
- a sprig mint
- 100ml lemonade
- to serve lemon slice
Method
- STEP 1
Put the mint into the bottom of a highball glass and gently muddle. Fill with ice, pour over the sherry, top with lemonade and stir to mix. Serve with a lemon slice and an extra sprig of mint, if you like.
