Produced entirely in Guatemala, Ron Zacapa is a product of the country’s rich soil, climate, and master blender Lorena Vásquez’s hands-on approach. This cocktail recipe is taken from Bounce in Holborn

  • 40ml Ron Zacapa 23
  • 20ml Aperol
  • 15ml Grand Marnier
  • 15ml Liqueur or 43
  • 2 dashes Mozart chocolate bitters
  • to serve orange rind
  • to serve Rococo chocolate ball


  • STEP 1

    Put all of the ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir to mix and dilute, before pouring into a rocks glass over cubed ice. Garnish with an orange zest, and finish with the luxury Rococo chocolate ball, available from alexanderandjames.com
