Pimms Cocktail Recipe with Pomegranate

A festive cocktail recipe to kick things off this Christmas. You'll need a frothy egg white, sugar, chilled pomegranate juice, Pimms, lemons and ginger beer for this beauty


Serve this Pomm-pimm's fizz at a drinks party, then check out our classic bellini, bucks fizz, gin fizz and kir royale.


  • 1 egg white, beaten until frothy
  • 50g granulated white sugar
  • 600ml pomegranate juice, chilled
  • 400ml Pimms
  • 2 lemons, juice d
ice to serve

  • 1 litre ginger beer, chilled


  • STEP 1

    Prep the glasses a few hours before the party. Tip the egg white and sugar into two separate, shallow bowls. Dip the rims of 10-12 glasses in the egg white, shake slightly to dribble off any excess, or dip them into a glass of Pimms, then dip into the sugar to coat and set aside to dry.

  • STEP 2

    As your guests arrive, mix the pomegranate juice, Pimms, lemon juice and plenty of ice in a jug or two. Top up with ginger beer and pour into the prepared glasses.
