- Woodford Reserve bourbon 30ml
- Chambord 20ml
- lemon juice 15ml
- ginger beer to top up
- fresh raspberries a handful

Step 1
Put a handful of ice into a shaker with 30ml of bourbon (Woodford Reserve is a good brand), 20ml of Chambord and 15ml of lemon juice. then strain over ice into a highball glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
