Ingredients

  • 50ml Diplomatico Blanco white rum
  • (we like Vita Coco) coconut water
  • 2 wedges lime
  • 1 sprig mint

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put the rum into a tall glass filled with ice, top with coconut water and squeeze in a lime wedge. Serve with another lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
