Ingredients
- strawberries 400g, hulled and halved plus 4 to decorate the glasses
- white rum 150ml
- lime juice 4 tbsp
- ice cubes 2 mugfuls

Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender that can process ice and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 daiquiri or similar glasses and decorate with strawberry slices.
