Ingredients
- London dry gin 50ml
- lemon juice 25ml
- sugar syrup 12.5ml
- crème de mure 12.5ml
- lemon wedge to serve (optional)
- blackberries to serve

Step 1
Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle the crème de mure over the ice so that it bleeds through. Serve with a lemon wedge and blackberries, if you like.
