Toasted pine nuts and lemon hummus recipe
Heat a small dry frying pan and gently toast a handful of pine nuts until golden. Mix 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil with the zest of a lemon and a squeeze of juice. Spoon the oil over a bowl of hummus and scatter with the pine nuts and a little chopped parsley.

Spicy lamb hummus recipe
Cut 100g lamb loin fillet into strips. Heat a little olive oil in a pan then add the lamb, ½ tsp ground cumin, a good pinch of dried chilli flakes and some seasoning. Brown the lamb for a couple of minutes. Stir through hopped coriander and spoon on top of hummus.

Olive, feta and smoked paprika hummus recipe
Pit a handful of nocellara olives and cut into quarters. Scatter over a dish of hummus then add 50g of crumbled feta, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of smoked paprika.

Harissa and yogurt swirl hummus recipe
Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Pat dry 200g of drained chickpeas with kitchen paper, then toss with a little olive oil and sea salt. Roast until crisp and golden. Put hummus into a shallow dish, swirl through a tsp of harissa and a tbsp of natural yogurt, then sprinkle over the roasted chickpeas.
