Ingredients
- butter 50g
- brown bread 6 slices
- roast beef 3 slices, finely chopped
- pickled walnut 1 mashed (optional)
- watercress a handful, finely chopped
- crème fraîche 1 tbsp
- Dijon mustard 2 tsp

Step 1
Butter the bread and divide the beef between 3 slices. Add pickled walnut (if using).
Mix the watercress and crème fraîche, season and spread on top.
Add mustard to the remaining bread, top, trim the crusts and cut into 3 fingers.
