Never skip breakfast again with this healthy muesli with apple and blueberries. It's easy to make up in the morning and perfect whether you're having breakfast at home or on the go.

- 3tbsp rolled oats
- 1tbsp sultanas
- 1tbsp chopped nuts like almonds or hazelnuts
- 4tbsp orange juice
- 125ml plain yogurt
- 100ml milk
- 1tbsp clear honey
- grated apple
- a handful blueberries
Method
step 1
Mix the rolled oats, sultanas, chopped nuts, and orange juice. Leave the juice to soak in for a few minutes, then stir in the plain yogurt, milk and clear honey. Grate in an apple, then leave for another 15 minutes or more before topping with blueberries to eat.
