Sherry highball recipe

  • 50ml cream sherry
  • 25ml amontillado sherry
  • pineapple soda
    to top up (we used Dalston’s Real Sparkling Pineapple)
  • pineapple wedge and/or mint sprig
    to garnish

Method

  • step 1

    Pour the sherries into a highball glass filled with ice, then top up with the soda. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and/or mint.
