Tiojito (sherry cocktail)
Pronounced tee-oh-hee-toe, this cocktail consists of Tio Pepe fino sherry, lemonade, mint and fresh lemon. If you want to make a jug multiply the amounts by four.

Inspired by the sherry colada at New York bar Sip & Guzzle, we’ve mixed cream sherry with pineapple soda for this fresh, tropical, highly gluggable highball
Pour the sherries into a highball glass filled with ice, then top up with the soda. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and/or mint.
