- 2 tbsp brandy
- 2 tbsp crème de cacao
- 2 tbsp double cream

Pour the brandy, crème de cacao and double cream into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well, then strain into a coupe glass. Grate a little nutmeg over it and serve.
