Ingredients
- espresso coffee 1 capsule
- brown sugar 1 tsp (or to taste)
- milk a large splash
- ice half a glass

Step 1
Brew a strong cafetière or espresso coffee and add the sugar while it’s still hot (otherwise the coffee tastes too bitter when cold). Add a big splash of milk, mix and pour over ice in a tall glass. Add a splash of your favourite liqueur if you like.
