Louis Korovilas

Louis Korovilas is head chef at Tavolino Bar & Kitchen, an Italian-style bar and restaurant in London. Previously head chef at Covent Garden’s Bancone, Louis trained under Giorgio Locatelli at Locanda Locatelli and also at Pied à Terre. He is known for his fresh pasta dishes, including silky pasta handkerchiefs and rich, sweet ragus.
