- 250g orecchiette
- 200g broccolicut into florets
- 150g of double-podded broad beans
- 150g green beanscut into 1cm lengths
- 2 cloves garlicvery thinly sliced
- 1 small onionvery thinly sliced
- 1 lemonzested and juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200ml single cream
- 1 vegetable stock cubecrumbled
- (or veggie alternative) shavings to serve parmesan

Put all the ingredients (not the parmesan) into a large saucepan in the order listed with 750ml water, 1 tsp salt and a grind of black pepper.

Cook for approximately 15 minutes over a medium heat, stirring until reduced to a sauce. Serve with parmesan shavings.
