Ingredients
- white wine 3 tbsp
- emmenthal 75g, grated
- gruyère 75g, grated
- single cream 2 tbsp
- thin bread sticks 1 pack

Step 1
Heat the wine in a small pan and add the grated cheese and cream, then stir off the heat until the cheese melts. Season well. pour into 12 small, warmed cups and serve with breadsticks for dipping.
