Harissa chicken and houmous wholewheat wrap

Super-filling wrap made in minutes using just five ingredients. Harissa and houmous go brilliantly together and are just the right mix for chicken. This is a healthy (less than 300 calories) and speedy lunch or easy midweek meal for two.



  • skinless chicken breast fillet 1 large
  • harissa 1 tbsp
  • houmous 2 tbsp
  • wholewheat tortillas 2
  • watercress 50g


  • Step 1

    Rub the chicken with the harissa, and season. Grill on both sides for 4 minutes or until cooked through and then cool completely. Spread the houmous onto the tortillas, and add the watercress. Slice the chicken and put on top of the watercress. Fold up the bottom of the tortillas, then fold in the sides and roll up to make a wrap. Wrap in in clingfilm or foil to transport.
