Ingredients
- Thai fish sauce 4 tbsp
- limes 2, juiced
- soft brown sugar 1 tbsp
- red onion 1 small, halved and finely sliced
- cooked skinless chicken breasts 2, shredded
- white cabbage ½ small, shredded
- carrots 2 large, shredded
- red chillies 2, shredded
- mint a small bunch, roughly chopped

Step 1
Combine the fish sauce, lime juice and sugar then put in a bowl with the onions. Toss and leave for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
