Starter
Curry leaf tomatoes on yogurt with Bombay mix
A relaxed, flavour-packed dish designed for sharing. Juicy tomatoes are simmered with curry leaves, mustard seeds and warming spices, then spooned over yogurt and topped with crunchy Bombay mix. Serve warm or cold with flatbreads for a starter that can be made ahead and enjoyed at your leisure.

Main
Hariyali (green masala) prawn and saffron pulao
This elegant one-pot rice dish is a dinner-party crowd-pleaser. A vibrant green herb masala comes together with saffron and prawns in a simplified pulao (inspired by biryani) delivering maximum flavour with only one pot to wash up!

Dessert
Chocolate, miso and sesame self-saucing pudding
A comforting dessert for chilly evenings, perfect for sharing. This clever pudding bakes into a soft sponge with a rich, molten sauce beneath. White miso adds savoury depth to the chocolate, while sesame seeds bring a subtle nuttiness. It’s perfect served warm with ice cream or crème fraiche.
