Celeste says, "Looking for summery coffee serves? It’s coming up to lavender season and it’s already trending. English lavender is a herb similar to thyme or rosemary, so it’s a perfect addition to the on-trend coffee serve, espresso tonic. It’s refreshing, floral and perfect for summer. Try elderflower syrup if you don’t have lavender or spike it with a little gin for an extra kick."

  • Dissolve 5 florets (1 tbsp) lavender into 1:1 water and sugar (e.g. 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar) in a saucepan.
