Put that jar of set honey to good use in this aromatic ice cream recipe, made with just four ingredients (and no need for an ice cream machine)

Pour the cream, milk, honey and lime zest and juice into a large bowl. Whip to medium peaks using an electric whisk until they just hold their shape.
Pour into a freezer-safe container, cover and freeze for 5-6 hrs or overnight.
Serve drizzled with a little more honey and some toasted nuts, if you like.
