Honey and lime ice cream recipe

  • 600ml double cream
  • 345g tin of condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp set honey
  • 1 lime
    zested and juiced
  • toasted nuts (optional)
    to serve

Method

  • step 1

    Pour the cream, milk, honey and lime zest and juice into a large bowl. Whip to medium peaks using an electric whisk until they just hold their shape.

    Pour into a freezer-safe container, cover and freeze for 5-6 hrs or overnight.

  • step 3

    Serve drizzled with a little more honey and some toasted nuts, if you like.
