Ingredients
- white chocolate 500g, chopped
- coconut oil or white vegetable fat or crisco 2 tbsp
- dried cherries 60g
- red glace cherries 150g, quartered
- blanched almonds 100g, roughly chopped
- shelled and peeled pistachios 100g, roughly chopped
- rice crispies 6 tbsp
- marshmallows 8 large, snipped into quarters
Method

Step 1
Melt the chocolate and fat together in a microwave or bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Scoop the mixture into a baking paper-lined 20cm square tin or baking dish (or use a silicone mould).

Leave in a cool place or in the fridge to set. Cut into pieces to serve.
