This week sees the return of olive favourite and podcast regular John Gregory Smith, a food writer and author who specialises in writing about Middle Eastern food. John has written some great recipes for our Easter issue inspired by one of his favourite destinations, Tel Aviv. It’s a city that’s rich in food culture and we take an armchair tour from extravagant breakfast spreads to buzzing markets and late night clubbing and snacking which John really brings it to life with his tales and recommendations.
