Ingredients
- ginger a coin-sized piece
- honey 1 tbsp
- sloe gin 30ml
- whisky 25ml (pick a honeyed-style one like Highland Park 12)
- egg 1
- Angostura bitters 1 dash
- ice
- nutmeg to serve
Method

Step 1
Crush the ginger and honey in the shaker. Add the other ingredients and shake without rice, then shake with ice and double strain into a chilled sherry glass. Garnish with fresh nutmeg.
