Marc-Andrea has worked in the industry since 2004 as a sommelier at some of the most renowned restaurants in the UK, for chefs such as Angela Hartnett, Gordan Ramsay, Jason Atherton and others. Most of his knowledge has come from working alongside incredibly experienced and talented people. In 2010, he set up an exclusive private membership programme for wine collectors at Dynamic Vines. Since 2014, he has worked at Cubitt House, Open House, Boxcar, Bernardi’s and now Pantechnicon.
