
Adriana Cavita
Mexican born Adriana grew up between Mexico City in Azcapotzalco town and Tlaxcala State in a small village called San Felipe Ixtacuixtla, where food is an integral part of day to day life. Adriana learned a lot about Mexican cooking from her grandma, who owned a street food business selling Antojitos Mexicanos – quesadillas, tacos, tamales and more. Adriana has worked in restaurants in Mexico City, including Lalo!, Nicos and Pujol, as well as stints at powerhouses including Spain’s El Bulli and a successful pop-up at The Dorchester. In May 2022, Adriana opened her debut restaurant ‘Cavita’ on Marylebone’s Wigmore Street.
