- 4 large vine tomatoesdiced
- 1 clove garliccrushed
- a small bunch basilkeep a few leaves to serve

Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Toss together the tomatoes, garlic, shredded basil and oil and season well. Drain the pasta, reserving 2 tbsp of the cooking liquid. Toss everything together, sprinkle with basil leaves and serve with parmesan, if using.
