This is a great, fresh cocktail from the team at Loves Company in Shoreditch. They use homemade syrups and liqueurs here, as well as making posh toasties. Unlike some hipster joints this end of town, these guys don't take themselves too seriously.

- 20ml pink grapefruit juice
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 15ml Liquid Polygamy syrup
- 50ml Beefeater gin
- to serve maraschino cherry
LIQUID POLYGAMY SYRUP
- 4 plums
- 350ml sugar syrup
- 20ml plum bitters

Whizz the ingredients for the syrup together in a blender. Shake all the ingredients with ice for 10 seconds. Strain into a glass and drop a cherry in.
