- 50ml Rock Rose gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 1 heaped teaspoon of your favourite jam
- 20ml egg white
- to serve orange or lemon zest

Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake very hard to create a fluffy, silky texture.
