Ryan Cole

Chef Ryan Cole grew up in a Cape Town fishing family and trained as a chef before moving to London where he worked in some of the city’s top kitchens. He then returned home to Cape Town and opened Salsify at the Roundhouse in Camps Bay and later COY at the V&A Waterfront.
